Having graduated from National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Real Estate, Maesy is a strong believer that real estate investment forms an integral part of a person's investment portfolio and legacy planning for the next generation.
Prior to joining ERA, Maesy has spent 15 rewarding and fulfilling years with the corporate world in the Oil and Gas industry, specializing in trading, sales and marketing. The experience in the corporate world has given her the opportunity to interact with customers from all over the world. Having held several key leadership positions in the corporate environment, the experience has also taught her various essential skills of managing people and business in this fast changing world
Always having a keen interest in real estate, Maesy joined ERA Realty Network Pte Ltd after she leaves the corporate world. This career allows her to pursue her passion while managing her family.
Maesy's personal real estate investment experience started since 2011. Over the years, she has managed to grow and multiply for herself and her family a healthy portfolio of properties in the local and overseas market. She believes that properties as an asset class will perform well in the long term and provide financial freedom for those who invest in the right product.
Having traveled to more than 40 countries thus far, Maesy is an avid traveler who enjoys and appreciates the different scenery, culture, cuisine and architectures from all over the world.

2018 年我们有几次买卖房地产的经历，第一次是打算在保留 HDB 的同时，额外购买一
套两卧室的中小型公寓居住，但由于政府临时改变购物政策，导致最后我们没有成交，第二次是打算购买一套新的小型单位作为投资用途，但无奈抽签不中，第三次是打算申请住家附近的 EC，最后也是因为抽签问题导致无法选购。最后我们终于决定卖掉我们住满 5 年的 HDB 然后买一套适合一家人居住，地点方便，并且靠近父母的公寓。再这么多次的买卖过程中，我们能感受到 Maesy 是一名充满热忱，具有责任感，真诚，且极具办事效率的专业人士。当我们打算卖掉 Sengkang East 的 HDB 的时候，我们周围的房价一直再下跌，因此我们一度担心会以很低的价格出售，或者需要花费很长的时间。但是意想不到的是我们只用了 2 个月就成功卖掉，与此同时我们了解到同一时期的市场平均时间是 3 个月甚至是半年。这多亏了 Maesy 通过她的人脉找来了大量买家，几乎每个星期都有 3-4 组。然而当我们成功卖掉 HDB 的时候，买主只给了我们额外两个月的时间，这其实是相当紧迫的，尤其是我们当时还没有决定购买怎样的单位。在 Maesy 积极努力下，我们在短短时间内参观几十间不同地点，不同设计风格的公寓单位，最终我们成功的物色到心仪公寓单位，并且以非常合理的价格成交。Masey 是一名非常值得信赖的房地产经纪，她经常会以我们的角度着想给出合适的建议，帮我们明确买卖的目标，我想如果我们未来还有任何的房地产投资计划，也一定会再同她合作

I had engaged 3 agents in the past to market my unit. Due to certain negative attributes of my unit, the previous agents were lacklustre in their marketing efforts. Maesy was the only one who has shown enthusiasm to market my unit. She gave me a lot of advise on how to market the unit and managed to take very flattering pictures of my place. The unit was eventually sold within 1 month. Maesy then helped me to secure a new apartment immediately after. Thumbs up for her patience!!
